Teams & organizations

Set up an "organization" — a shared space where several people can see and use the same PixellPeep projects — and invite your colleagues to join. Useful whenever more than one person needs access.

Open Teams & organizations settings

Configure

  1. 1

    Create your organization

On the Teams settings page, set up the shared space:

    1. 1.Type a name that represents your group, e.g. "Acme QA Team".
    2. 2.Click "Create organization".
    Open Teams settings
  2. 2

    Invite a colleague

Still on the Teams page, add the people who need access:

    1. 1.Select the organization you just created.
    2. 2.Type your colleague's email address.
    3. 3.Click "Invite". They receive access to the shared projects.

Test

  1. 1

    Confirm the organization appears

After creating it, the organization should show in the list on this page. If it does, the setup worked.

  2. 2

Have your colleague sign in and check access

Ask the person you invited to sign in with the email you used. They should be able to open the shared projects.

  3. 3

Adjust what people can do (admins)

If someone needs more than view access, an admin can change their role using the admin tools.

Tips

  • Invited people start with view-only access by default — promote them only if they need to make changes.
  • Organizations and detailed permissions are part of the Enterprise plan; contact support for help with single sign-on (SSO).
