Teams & organizations
Set up an "organization" — a shared space where several people can see and use the same PixellPeep projects — and invite your colleagues to join. Useful whenever more than one person needs access.
Configure
- 1
Create your organization
On the Teams settings page, set up the shared space:
- 1.Type a name that represents your group, e.g. "Acme QA Team".
- 2.Click "Create organization".
- 2
Invite a colleague
Still on the Teams page, add the people who need access:
- 1.Select the organization you just created.
- 2.Type your colleague's email address.
- 3.Click "Invite". They receive access to the shared projects.
Test
- 1
Confirm the organization appears
After creating it, the organization should show in the list on this page. If it does, the setup worked.
- 2
Have your colleague sign in and check access
Ask the person you invited to sign in with the email you used. They should be able to open the shared projects.
- 3
Adjust what people can do (admins)
If someone needs more than view access, an admin can change their role using the admin tools.
Tips
- Invited people start with view-only access by default — promote them only if they need to make changes.
- Organizations and detailed permissions are part of the Enterprise plan; contact support for help with single sign-on (SSO).
