Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted password. For Google sign-in (OAuth), we receive your name, email, and profile information from Google.
Image Data
Images you upload for comparison are temporarily stored on our servers. We process these images solely for comparison purposes and delete them according to your plan's data retention policy.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the platform, including API calls, feature usage, and performance metrics. This helps us improve the service and provide better support.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your complete credit card information. We receive transaction IDs and subscription status from the payment processor.

Service Delivery
To provide, maintain, and improve our visual QA automation services, including image processing, comparison algorithms, and reporting features.
Communication
To send you service updates, security alerts, support messages, and administrative notifications. We may also send you promotional emails if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).

To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms of service, protect our rights, and prevent fraud or abuse of the platform.

Access & Correction
You can access and update your account information at any time through your profile settings. You can also request a copy of your data.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account and associated data at any time. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Export Your Data
Export your account data from Profile settings (JSON bundle). Report and bulk exports are available from the Reports and Bulk Compare pages.
Communication Preferences
You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or updating your preferences in account settings. You cannot opt out of essential service communications.
Data Retention
Active Accounts
For active accounts, we retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Image data is retained according to your subscription plan's data retention policy.
Inactive Accounts
If your account is inactive for 2 years, we may delete your account and associated data after providing notice. You can reactivate your account by logging in.
Deleted Accounts
When you delete your account, we begin the deletion process immediately. Most data is deleted within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal or business purposes.
Backup Data
Deleted data may persist in backup systems for up to 90 days before being permanently purged from all systems.

We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data receives adequate protection in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to India and other countries.
Children's Privacy
PixellPeep is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@pixellpeep.com. We will delete such information from our systems promptly.
