1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PixellPeep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
The Service is provided by AAROHII AI SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including browsers, customers, and contributors.
2. Account Registration & Security
Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
3. Use of Service
Permitted Use
You may use the Service for lawful visual QA testing and image comparison purposes. Free plans are limited to personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use requires a paid subscription.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Scrape, data mine, or create derivative databases
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
- Upload illegal, obscene, or offensive content
- Create false accounts or impersonate others
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for refund requests.
Free Trial
Free trials are available for new users. If not canceled before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan.
Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing adjustments.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all rights to images and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display it solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes beyond providing the Service.
Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, algorithms, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by AAROHII AI SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAROHII AI SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, we may delete your data according to our data retention policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration or in Indian courts.
